We prepare this Exhibition since we come back to work from our Chinese New Year holiday in March. And finally we came to Vietnam again on May 7th. After 2 weeks working, the 6-meter long oven is finished finally.

This one is for our Russia customer. We do not produce this model before, it is all iron material. We produce the stainless steel model only. But now more and more customers want to save cost to start this PVC business, we change our mind to start a new branch to satisfy these customers. Even it’s made of iron, we incorporated our more than 24-year experience to manufacture the best quality iron ovens.

After we carefully studied the market, our Research & Development department develops a new generation of the 2 station big work size?oven.

The working process is the same as the 4 station oven we released 1 year ago.

The difference is the work area of this 2 station oven is?500*700mm which is big enough to produce the bar mats, non-slip phone mats or other mats. We can also customize other sizes as you wish.

Our Russian customer ordered 2 ovens for producing different kinds of PVC products. One is our classical double-deck energy-saving oven:?

The traditional way of producing silicone label embossing on garments is using this machine:

1. Lower production capacity. Each?silicone label must be embossed on the fabric, each mold can only produce 1 silicone label.
2. Indentation of the molds on the front of the fabric, or residual silicone on the front of fabric.
3. Silicone penetration on the back of the fabric.
4. Can’t stick on the fabric?strongly.
5. Only one color available for the silicone label.

After 2 months careful preparation, finally we are at SECC(Saigon Exhibition & Convention Center) Ho Chi Minh City Vietnam for this great exhibition.

On 4^th Dec morning, our Boss Mr. Yan, Sales manager Garnett and engineer Mr. Yang took the bus to Guangzhou Baiyun Airport wait for the plane to Ho Chi Minh. And about 7:00 pm they arrived at the destination.

The day before yesterday was the last day (9th December 2017) on the exhibition.

The reason why there are no pictures of the 8th December is that we are too busy to take pictures. We sold all the rest machines(the PVC production line) to our Vietnam customers and 2 Vietnamese even ordered our machines( 1 set of PVC production line and 1 set of gloves heat pressing machine).

In the afternoon, we packed all the machines for our clients and bring these machines to the logistic company to deliver to our clients’?factories. In the evening, they?have a great feast on the Saigon Cruise Ship. All the delicious foods and beautiful girls’ dancing make them dazzled.

After enjoin the last night in Vietnam, in the morning of 10th December 2017, they take the airplane back to Baiyun airport Guangzhou city China.

So this remarkable exhibition in Vietnam came to an end. We learned many great experiences of how to participate an exhibition in a?foreign country in this exhibition, and we expand our Vietnam market. Look forward to the next opportunities of participating the foreign exhibitions.

It’s not an easy journey, he brings?4 very very big luggage all alone. And he cannot speak Chinese.

And then, later in the evening, we came to a Muslin Restaurant named the Spring of Yili to have the dinner. Our client is very humored and always makes us laugh.

The nice smile on his face makes people feel his friendly.

On the morning of 26^th Oct, our manager Daniel came to the hotel and picked him up directly to our company. They have the details of the machines discussed in the office, and then we bring him to the factory downstairs and teach him how to use these machines. That is the most important thing of his trip to China.

A good learner. very careful with anything.

He buys the whole PVC patch product line including: the Air dryer, the Air compressor, the Sandblasting machine, the Mixing machine, the Vacuum pump and barrel, the 12 color Automatic dispensing machine, the Double-deck energy-saving Oven, the Cooling table, the Base material machine, the CNC engraving machine, the Knife grinding machine, the Heat and cooling machine and the manual dispensing table with oven. Most of these machines are easy to operate besides the Automatic dispensing machine and the CNC engraving machine because both these two machines need to be programmed. So our engineers Yang Dengfan and Carey and our manager Daniel taught him how to program. It takes some time, but in general, things go well.

In the evening, our boss took him to have a big meal in the?restaurant named MingChuYuShan.

Well, the last picture is shot by our boss. What a difficult angle.

On Sunday 29^th Oct, we don¡¯t need to work, so Angelina, Lucia and Yu xiaomei took him to the Qifeng Park to climb the Qifeng Mountain. They really have a good time.

By the way, the friendly Client gives me 3 boxes of cigarettes. Well, I appreciate his friendly behavior, but if I get a lung cancer, it must be his responsibility. I’m kidding. Thanks to his cigarettes.

On 1st Nov, some other Clients come to our company to see the PVC products machines. When they come here, Cherif finds out that they are also Egyptian,? so warm-hearted Chrif helps us to recept these clients and introduces our machines to them himself.
